Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Melodyia account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email us with the subject “Account deletion”:

Important: You must send the email from the same email address your account was created with (the address you used to sign in with Google or Apple). This is how we verify your identity and find the correct account to delete. Requests from any other address cannot be processed.

You can also email support@melodyia.app manually with the subject “Account deletion”.

If you still have the app installed, you can also delete your account instantly from Profile → Delete Account.

What gets deleted

Your account and the data associated with your user are permanently removed, including:

• Account and profile information (including your public username and profile)
• Your credit balance
• Your AI generations — songs, lyrics, cover images and uploaded source files
• Songs you published, along with their likes and play counts
• Other data linked to your account

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
